Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Project Manager to lead the execution of Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, CETP, projects. The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of experience in managing EPC/environmental infrastructure projects from planning through commissioning, ensuring timely completion, quality compliance, cost control, and client satisfaction. The position is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver CETP (Common Effluent Treatment Plant), Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, within the approved scope, budget, and timeline.
Lead project execution activities, including engineering coordination, procurement, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and statutory authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, resource utilization, and project risks while implementing corrective actions as required.




Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
Review project progress, prepare MIS reports, and provide regular updates to management and clients.
Resolve technical and commercial issues arising during project execution and ensure timely decision-making.
Manage project documentation, billing milestones, contract administration, and variation orders.
Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams to achieve operational excellence and project objectives.
Ensure successful commissioning, performance guarantee testing, and final project closure.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline. A Postgraduate qualification in Project Management or an MBA will be an added advantage.
