We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations and ensure smooth order processing across e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Myntra, etc.
Handle order processing, tracking, returns, and cancellations
Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams
Update product descriptions, pricing, and stock availability
Handle customer queries and resolve order-related issues
Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions and campaigns
Generate daily/weekly sales and order reports
Ensure smooth marketplace operations and timely fulfillment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
