Role & responsibilities
Monitor daily solar plant operations.
Ensure maximum plant availability and generation.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Monitor SCADA and generation reports.
Troubleshoot inverter and electrical faults.
Coordinate maintenance activities.
Monitor HT/LT electrical systems.
Maintain transformers and switchgear.
Ensure safety compliance.
Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with EPC vendors.
Reduce plant downtime.
Ensure statutory compliance.
Support commissioning activities when required.

Preferred candidate profile
B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Electrical & Electronics) with 36 years of experience in Solar O&M.;
Hands-on experience in Solar Plant Operations, Utility-Scale Solar, Ground Mounted Solar, and Solar PV.
Strong knowledge of SCADA,



Central/String Inverters, HT/LT Panels, Transformers, and Switchyard Operations.
Experience in Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, and Plant Performance Monitoring.
Familiarity with Generation Analysis, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Electrical Maintenance, and Safety Compliance.
Candidates from Solar Power, Renewable Energy, EPC, or Power Generation industries will be preferred.
