Position: Pre-School Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and agile Kindergarten Coordinator to lead and manage the pre-primary section. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality teaching-learning practices, curriculum implementation, teacher mentoring, classroom observations, and maintaining a nurturing early childhood learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the academic planning and execution of the kindergarten curriculum
Guide and mentor pre-primary teachers in lesson planning and classroom management
Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback
Ensure age-appropriate, activity-based, and experiential learning practices
Monitor student progress and support developmental assessments
Coordinate school events, parent engagement activities, and special programs
Maintain documentation related to curriculum, assessments, and academic planning
Ensure a safe, engaging,
and child-friendly learning environment
Collaborate with school leadership for academic excellence
Support implementation of innovative teaching methodologies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or relevant field
B.Ed / Montessori / ECCEd certification preferred
Minimum 3–8 years of teaching experience in pre-primary/early years education
Prior experience in coordination or leadership role preferred
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent classroom management and mentoring abilities

Robust understanding of early childhood pedagogy
Curriculum planning and implementation
Team leadership and teacher mentoring
Parent communication and relationship management
Organizational and coordination skills
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
