Market share to improve in Derivatives along with Increase in overall Derivatives Turnover through our Research Derivative Calls.
Regular Regional visit for client meetings, client seminar/webinar and employee trainings
Increasing the Branches/HNI Desks Participation (Pan India) on our Equity Derivatives & Algo products
Maintaining communication and implementation MIS of the Branches/HNI Desks allocated for Derivatives advisory
Positive communication skills and written skills
Virtual client meetings if required to recommend/sell Derivatives & Algo based Products.
Intelligent Inputs on Market trends /Derivatives data/ Index movements and derivatives positioning with verbal and written skill sets
