Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, billing, GST compliance, vendor management, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with statutory compliance, and the ability to manage financial transactions accurately.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
Prepare and maintain books of accounts, journal entries, and ledger postings.
Generate customer invoices and manage the complete billing process.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Manage vendor accounts, vendor payments, reconciliations, and credit vendor management.
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other applicable returns).
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.




Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Coordinate payroll inputs with the HR department.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS and financial reports.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation.
Ensure timely payment of statutory dues and vendor invoices.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting.
Hands-on experience in Billing & Invoicing.
Experience in GST Filing and GST Reconciliation.
Robust experience in Vendor Management and Credit Vendor Management.
Knowledge of TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas), and accounting software.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attent
