About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced HR Trainer who possesses a unique blend of hands-on corporate HR experience and teaching/training expertise. The ideal candidate should have worked in an HR role within an organization and also have experience delivering classroom or online training in Human Resources.

This role involves preparing students and professionals with practical, industry-relevant HR knowledge through interactive training sessions, real-world case studies, workshops, and career guidance.

Significant: Candidates must have both corporate HR work experience and teaching/training experience. Applications without either of these qualifications will not be considered.Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions on Human Resource Management.
Teach core HR modules including:




Recruitment & Selection
Payroll Management
Statutory Compliance (PF, ESI, Labour Laws, etc.)
Performance Management System (PMS)
Employee Engagement
HR Operations
Learning & Development
Compensation & Perks
HR Analytics
HR Documentation
HR Policies & Procedures
HRMS Software
Design lesson plans, training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
Incorporate real-world HR scenarios, case studies, and practical exercises into training sessions.
Conduct mock interviews, resume-building sessions, and placement preparation activities.
Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, presentations, and examinations.
Mentor and guide students on HR career paths and professional development.
Keep course content updated with the latest HR trends, labour laws, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to improve
