Role & responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership & Business Planning
Develop and execute the organization's operational strategy in alignment with the overall business vision and growth objectives.
Establish short-term and long-term operational goals, budgets, and performance targets.
Drive capacity expansion, diversification, automation, and modernization initiatives.
Support mergers, acquisitions, current plant setups, and integration activities.
Participate in annual business planning and strategic decision-making processes.
Manufacturing Excellence
Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations across all plants and business units.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and utilities.
Preferred candidate profile BE with 20 - 25 yrs from Wire, Cable, Copper, Aluminium, Metal Processing, or Allied Manufacturing Industries
