The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure workplace for patients, visitors, staff, and hospital property by monitoring premises, controlling access, and responding to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor hospital premises through regular patrolling
Control entry and exit of visitors, staff, and vehicles
Verify identity cards and visitor passes
Maintain visitor logbook and gate register
Ensure discipline and order within the hospital premises
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents
Assist in crowd control during peak hours or emergencies
Prevent unauthorized access and theft
Coordinate with hospital management during emergencies (fire, accident, etc.)
Report suspicious activities immediately to authorities




Ensure proper parking management within hospital premises

Skills & Requirements
Basic education (10th / 12th pass preferred)
Prior experience in security services (hospital experience preferred)
Physically fit and alert
Valuable observation and communication skills
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
Basic knowledge of safety procedures and fire handling

Working Conditions
Rotational shifts (Day / Night)
Standing and patrolling for long hours
Working in indoor and outdoor environments

Reporting To
Administrative Officer / Security Supervisor

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
