Consult with clients to understand their travel requirements, budget, and preferences.
Design customized domestic and international tour packages.
Book flights, hotels, holiday packages, cruises, trains, buses, and other travel services.
Provide information on destinations, attractions, weather, local customs, and travel regulations.
Assist customers with visa applications, passport guidance, travel insurance, and foreign exchange information.
Prepare travel itineraries, quotations, invoices, and travel documents.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, tour operators, and local partners.
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, social media, and in-person visits.




Resolve travel-related issues such as cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and emergencies.
Promote travel packages and special offers to achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and booking documentation.
Stay updated on tourism trends, airline policies, visa requirements, and destination information.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-up and after-sales support.
