Own and manage Service Planning processes across VTS.
Standardize planning processes across Customer Centres.
Collaborate closely with Operations, Marketing, Logistics, IT, and other business functions.
Support strategic planning initiatives through process optimization.
Ensure successful implementation of new planning functionalities.
Drive operational efficiency through process improvements and system optimization.
Support organizational change and user adoption initiatives.
