Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails and React.js.
Build scalable and secure RESTful APIs and backend services.
Develop responsive and reusable UI components using React.js.
Work closely with product owners, architects, designers, and business stakeholders.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
Debug and resolve production issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Contribute to CI/CD implementation and deployment activities.
Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

Backend
4+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.
Robust understanding of Rails MVC architecture.
Experience building RESTful APIs.
Very valuable with Coding
Hands-on experience with ActiveRecord.
Solid object-oriented programming concepts.

Frontend
Strong experience with React.js.
Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience with React Hooks.
Knowledge of Redux or other state management libraries.
HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Material UI.
