About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to manage our brand's online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content planning, social media strategy, campaign management, and performance analysis.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Manage and grow company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Create and maintain a monthly content calendar.

Content Creation & Marketing
Coordinate with designers and content writers to create engaging posts, reels, videos, and promotional content.
Write compelling captions, hashtags, and social media copy.




Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding and marketing objectives.

Campaign Management
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
Manage budgets for social media advertising.

Analytics & Reporting
Track key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, leads, and conversions.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Community Management
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
Build and maintain solid online community engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and product promotions.

Required Skills
2–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Robust understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube marketin
