Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate BAMS Doctor to join our Ayurvedic healthcare team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of Ayurvedic diagnosis and treatment, excellent patient consultation skills, and a patient-centric approach. Experience in Ayurveda and Panchakarma practices will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Consult patients and assess their health conditions using Ayurvedic principles.
Diagnose illnesses and prepare personalized treatment plans.
Prescribe Ayurvedic medicines, therapies, and lifestyle modifications.
Guide patients regarding diet, nutrition, and preventive healthcare.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
Coordinate with Panchakarma therapists for treatment protocols.
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
Ensure adherence to NABH standards,



clinical protocols, and quality guidelines.
Educate patients about holistic wellness and disease prevention.
Participate in clinic health awareness programs and promotional activities.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from a recognized university.
Valid State Medical Council registration.
2–5 years of clinical experience in Ayurveda or Panchakarma practice.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Ayurvedic diagnosis and treatment.
Excellent communication and patient counselling skills.
Ability to build patient trust and maintain long-term relationships.
Valuable clinical decision-making and documentation skills.
Basic computer knowledge for maintaining patient records.
Team player with a qualified and ethical approach.

Experience in NABH-accredited healthcare facilities.
