Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Admission Counsellors.
Ensure achievement of individual and team admission targets.
Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
Guide the team in handling student queries and closing admissions.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance.
Track team productivity and maintain reports through CRM.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
Coordinate with management to implement sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Ensure excellent student counselling and customer experience.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
