Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (depending on experience and performance) + Incentives + Travel Allowance

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Welding Sales Representatives to drive business growth across Pan India regions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the welding, fabrication, engineering, or metal manufacturing industry and possess solid technical knowledge of welding products, equipment, and consumables.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand sales of welding machines, welding consumables, accessories, and fabrication-related products.
Identify new business prospects in fabrication shops, OEMs, EPC companies, heavy engineering, automotive, construction, steel, and manufacturing industries.
Maintain robust relationships with existing customers and distributors.




Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer visits.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable welding solutions.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales orders.
Coordinate with service and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Generate regular sales reports, visit reports, and business forecasts.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Welding, Metallurgy, Production Engineering, or any relevant field.
Experience: 3–12 years of sales experience in:
Welding machine companies
Welding consumables manufacturers
Fabrication companies
Industrial equipment sales
Steel and metal manufacturing industries
Strong knowledge of:
