Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, including end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and general HR operations.

This is a outstanding opportunity for fresh graduates or MBA students seeking practical corporate exposure and career growth in HR management.

Key Responsibilities
Sourcing candidates through job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri), social media, and employee referrals.
Screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
Assisting with the onboarding process, documentation, and orientation of recent joinees.
Maintaining employee records, attendance logs, and HR database accuracy.
Supporting day-to-day HR administrative operations and policy coordination.




Coordinating employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Assisting in basic exit formalities and record maintenance.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), or a related field.
Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of relevant HR internship experience.
