Master's degree (M.Com) is preferred or a bcom degree
Solid academic background in Commerce.
Prior teaching experience is preferred, but passionate freshers with excellent subject knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Deliver interactive and engaging online classes.
Teach Commerce subjects with conceptual clarity and practical examples.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, and assessments.
Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and monitor student progress.
Evaluate assignments, tests, and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain a positive and engaging virtual classroom environment.
Collaborate with the academic team to improve teaching methodologies.
