Patient Communication & Support
Communicate clearly and effectively with patients and clinicians to ensure understanding of diagnosis, therapy, and treatment plans.
Provide counselling and guidance to patients throughout their medical journey, ensuring emotional comfort, empathy, and reassurance.
Address patient concerns, queries, and feedback, ensuring timely resolution.

Clinical & Department Coordination
Act as a liaison between patients and clinical teams to relay concerns, updates, and special needs.
Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth scheduling, treatment flow, and continuity of care.
Support clinicians by facilitating explicit communication and reducing patient-related administrative burden.

Financial Counselling




Provide financial counselling to patients regarding treatment packages, add-ons, medication costs, and overall expense estimates.
Explain billing structures, insurance coverage (if applicable), and multi-cycle treatment planning.
Assist patients in making informed financial decisions related to their care.

Documentation & Records Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.
Ensure confidentiality and data integrity in all patient-related information.
Prepare reports and maintain logs related to patient interactions, counselling, and treatment progress.
