Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented eLearning Developer with expertise in storyboarding and Articulate Storyline 360. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw content into engaging instructional storyboards and developing interactive, SCORM-compliant eLearning modules.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze source content and convert it into well-structured instructional storyboards.
Design engaging learning experiences using instructional design principles.
Develop interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline 360.
Create quizzes, simulations, branching scenarios, knowledge checks, and assessments.
Integrate multimedia elements such as audio, video, animations, and graphics.
Publish SCORM/xAPI-compliant courses compatible with LMS platforms.
Work closely with SMEs, project managers, graphic designers, and QA teams.
Review, test, and troubleshoot Storyline courses before delivery.
Ensure courses meet quality, branding, and accessibility standards.




Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills
2–5 years of experience in eLearning development.
Solid hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360.
Experience creating detailed instructional storyboards.
Valuable understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning concepts.
Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS deployment.
Experience with variables, triggers, layers, and advanced Storyline interactions.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) is an added advantage.
Excellent written English and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
