Responsibilities:
To understand Project Finance / Funding
To Carryout Due Diligence of Project
To carryout ‘TEV’ Analysis of the Project
To explain different options of funding Debt / Equity / Hybrid
FI / Banking/ International Funds NBFCs
World Bank / ADB
To propose the financial model
To Prepare Cash Flows
To Prepare Debt Servicing
To do Transactions Advisory Services
To Structure ‘PPP’ model for Projects
To do all legal compliances

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
(Master's preferred)MBA /CA
Proven experience in financial analysis and strategic planning, Project Advisory, Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Management (Minimum 7 to 10years)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) a plus.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
