Key Responsibilities
Be an active member of an Agile Scrum team comprising technical, functional, and business domain experts to develop consumer-facing web and mobile applications.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including:
Daily Stand-ups
Sprint Planning
Backlog Refinement
Sprint Reviews
Sprint Retrospectives




Collaborate with Product Owners (Internal/External), Business Analysts, and Development Teams to groom the product backlog and provide testing-related insights on strategy, scope, effort, risks, and dependencies.
Design and execute comprehensive test cases and document test results as part of the QA delivery process.
Perform various types of testing, including:
Component Testing
Integration Testing
Smoke Testing
Regression Testing
Exploratory Testing
Performance Testing
Facilitate and contribute to customer communications focused on clarifying requirements and gathering product feedback.
Generate and maintain reports related to software quality and delivery metrics for both internal and external stakeholders.
Identify prospects to improve testing practices, team processes, and overall quality assurance activities.
Investigate and help resolve functional production issues in accordance with established team gui
