Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced B2B Sales / Business Development professional with 6–10 years of proven experience in corporate sales. The candidate should have robust expertise in lead generation, client handling, proposal pitching, and closing deals with corporate clients, universities, and institutions.

Key Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with L&D; Heads, Training Managers, and Decision Makers.
Pitch EduHubSpot's training solutions like PMP, CAPM, RMP, AI Trainings, Corporate Upskilling Programs, etc.
Conduct meetings, RFPs, presentations, and product demos with potential clients.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable training solutions.
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and follow-ups until closure.
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets and maintain a sales pipeline.
Coordinate with internal teams (training, operations, finance) for smooth project execution.




Maintain accurate records in CRM and report weekly sales progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in EdTech, IT services, training, and consulting).
Solid communication skills (verbal & written).
Good knowledge of corporate sales cycles and negotiation techniques.
Ability to handle end-to-end sales: lead generation to closure.
Strong screening, profiling, presentation, and client engagement skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, CRM tools, Zoho, and email communication.
Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Prior experience in selling training programs/certifications/corporate learning solutions is a plus.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets.
Robust follow-up mindset and relationship-building attitude.
