Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Executive with experience in Financial Reporting, MIS, Accounting, and Statutory Compliance. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and hands-on experience in preparing financial reports, budgeting, and month-end closing.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Generate Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
Analyze Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
Perform budget vs. actual variance analysis.
Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing.
Maintain accounting records and ledger reconciliations.
Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow.
Support budgeting and financial planning activities.




Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Maintain financial data in ERP/Tally and prepare management reports.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Accounting and Financial Reporting.
Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred).
Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP.
Positive knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Candidate
CA Inter (Preferred).
3–5 years of experience in Financial Reporting, MIS, or Corporate Finance.
Experience in the Manufacturing Industry will be an added advantage.
