JOB DESCRIPTION
Machine Maintenance Technician / Engineer – Injection Moulding
Department: Maintenance
Industry: Plastic Injection Moulding / Automotive Components
Location: Sunguvarchatram, Tamil Nadu
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of injection moulding machines.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems in injection moulding machines.
Handle maintenance of toggle mechanism, hydraulic system, clamping unit, injection unit, and mechanical assemblies.
Inspect and maintain toggle links, bushes, pins, bearings, tie bars, platen, and clamping mechanisms.
Identify abnormal noise, vibration, leakage, and mechanical failures and take corrective action.
Carry out machine alignment, lubrication, greasing, and replacement of worn-out mechanical components.
Pay: ₹33,060.86 - ₹45,987.17 per month
