Job Responsibilities – Admission Telecaller
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information about courses, batches, fees, admission procedures, and facilities.
Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries related to admissions and courses.
Understand students' academic requirements, career goals, and preferences to recommend suitable courses.
Follow up regularly with leads generated through online inquiries, walk-ins, campaigns, and referrals.
Counsel students and parents regarding course advantages, eligibility, batch timings, and career opportunities.
Convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions by providing effective guidance and maintaining regular communication.
Maintain and update lead details, follow-up status, and admission records in CRM/ERP or Excel.
Schedule counseling sessions, campus visits, demo classes, and appointments with students and parents.
Coordinate with counselors, faculty, and the admission team to ensure a smooth admission process.
Achieve daily and monthly calling, follow-up, lead conversion,



and admission targets.
Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with students and parents.
Handle objections and address concerns regarding fees, course selection, timings, and other admission-related queries.
Collect required student information and documents and assist in completing the admission formalities.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, follow-ups, and conversions.
Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, education fairs, and promotional activities when required.
Ensure a high level of student and parent satisfaction throughout the admission process.
