Scope of Work / Responsibilities
Operational Support
Provide L3L4 application support for IBM Maximo
Collaborate with L1–L2 support teams to resolve incidents and service requests
Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes
Support day-to-day system stability and performance
Project & Implementation Support
Participate in Maximo implementation, enhancement, and upgrade projects
Support Maximo version upgrades and related testing activities
Contribute to system configuration, documentation, and deployment activities
Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions
Functional & Technical Expertise
Configure, support, and troubleshoot Maximo modules:
Maintenance Management
Inventory Management
Calibration
Develop and optimize Maximo reports
Work with Oracle Database, including:
Writing and optimizing SQL queries
Data analysis and troubleshooting
Compliance & Change Management
Support change management processes, including impact assessment and documentation
Participate in system validation activities, particularly in regulated environments
Ensure adherence to internal quality, validation, and governance procedures
