The ideal candidate will have a robust EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) background and expertise in project accounting, cost control, contract management, financial reporting, and working capital management. Candidates without EPC experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities include:
Leading the finance and accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Managing project budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and profitability analysis.
Monitoring project financial performance, including cost overruns, claims, variations, retention money, and project margins.
Ensuring accurate revenue recognition and contract accounting in line with applicable standards.
Driving cash flow planning, receivables management, vendor payments, and working capital optimization.
Partnering with project and operations teams to improve project profitability and financial discipline.
Leading annual budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
Ensuring compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.




Identifying and mitigating financial risks associated with project execution and contracts.
Managing banking relationships, funding requirements, and financial controls.

Qualifications & Experience:
Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
10+ years of finance experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience as Financial Controller, Finance Head, or similar position in an EPC organization.
Solid understanding of project accounting, contract accounting, cost control, and cash flow management.

Mandatory Requirements:
Experience in EPC/project-based businesses.
Hands-on exposure to project costing, profitability analysis, contract management, billing, collections, and working capital management.
Experience supporting infrastructure, geotechnical, foundation engineering, civil construction, industrial, or engineering projects.
