Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management
Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.
Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in Tally Prime and maintain proper accounting records.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial health of the organization.
Review accounting entries and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Accounts Receivable & Revenue Management
Oversee invoicing, collections, and customer account management.
Monitor outstanding receivables and implement strategies for timely collections.
Review aging reports and follow up on overdue payments with clients and internal teams.
Resolve complex billing and payment-related issues.

Financial Reporting & MIS
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Generate MIS reports, revenue analysis, profitability reports, and receivables summaries.




Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Ensure timely closure of monthly and yearly accounts.

Taxation & Compliance
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
Review GST returns, TDS filings, and tax reconciliations.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and assessments.
Ensure proper maintenance of statutory records and financial documentation.

Budgeting & Financial Planning
Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Monitor budget utilization and identify cost-saving prospects.
Analyze financial performance and recommend corrective actions where required.

Team Management & Coordination
Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounts team.
Allocate responsibilities and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.
