Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in the BPO industry.
Solid knowledge of Arabic language and culture.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting and adapt to changing situations.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Experience in managing and inspiring a team to achieve high performance levels.
