Roles & Responsibilities
Understand hiring requirements from managers.
Post job openings on job portals and social media.
Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct HR interviews and evaluate candidates.
Schedule technical and management interviews.
Coordinate with department heads during the hiring process.
Follow up with candidates until they join the company.
Prepare offer letters and support the onboarding process.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
Build a solid talent pipeline for future hiring.
Meet monthly recruitment targets.
