About the Role

Dr Care Homeopathy is looking for a Quality Analyst who will monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure high-quality service, compliance, and sales excellence. The ideal candidate should have experience in auditing call center interactions, providing constructive feedback,



and improving overall team performance.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and audit inbound and outbound customer calls.
Evaluate calls based on predefined quality parameters and compliance standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Provide timely feedback and coaching to agents.
Ensure adherence to call scripts, process guidelines, and company policies.
Track customer experience, communication quality, and sales effectiveness.
Conduct calibration sessions with Team Leaders and Trainers.
Analyze quality trends and suggest process improvements.
Support training teams by identifying recurring knowledge gaps.
Maintain accurate audit records and quality scorecards.

Required Skills
Robust communication skills in English , Hind & Telugu
Experience in call monitoring and quality auditing.
