Job Description Receptionist (Female)

Position: Receptionist
Location: Seetharampur Plant, Rangareddy District, Telangana
Department: Administration / Human Resources
Employment Type: Full time
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities
Manage the reception area and ensure a professional and welcoming environment for visitors, customers, vendors, and employees.
Greet and assist visitors, issue visitor passes, and coordinate with concerned departments.
Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and general enquiries in a courteous and skilled manner.
Maintain visitor records, reception registers, and other administrative documentation.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in arranging meetings and appointments.
Receive, record, and distribute courier, postal, and official documents.
Support administrative and HR activities as assigned.
Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of the reception area.
Maintain confidentiality while handling company information and visitor records.

Qualification




Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

Experience
2 to 5 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or in a similar administrative role.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Required Skills
Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Skilled appearance and pleasant personality.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
