Job Summary

Looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relation Executive to manage patient interactions, schedule appointments, follow up with leads, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Respond to patient inquiries regarding clinic services and appointments.
Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
Follow up with existing and potential patients through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
Maintain accurate patient records and update the CRM/database.
Coordinate appointment schedules with doctors and clinic staff.
Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Build and maintain positive relationships with patients to encourage repeat visits.
Achieve daily and monthly telecalling and appointment targets.




Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, customer relations, or front office.
Experience in a healthcare, clinic, hospital, wellness, or cosmetic industry will be an added advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
