We are a rapidly growing landscaping and building supplies company based in Melbourne, Australia. As our business continues to expand, we are building a dedicated offshore support team in Patiala.

Your Responsibilities
Prepare customer quotations
Follow up outstanding quotes
Respond to customer emails
Coordinate with the Melbourne office
Update CRM and internal systems
Assist with purchasing and supplier communication
Schedule and track administrative tasks
Provide outstanding customer service
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records

What We're Looking For
3+ years of office administration or customer service experience




Excellent spoken and written English
Confident communication skills
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
Fast learner with excellent attention to detail
Professional, reliable and mature attitude
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working early morning hours to support Australia
