About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and adaptable Management Trainee to join our growing organization. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in business management. As a Management Trainee, you will work across multiple departments, gain hands-on experience, and develop the skills required to take on leadership and managerial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Learn and understand the company's products, services, and business processes.
Assist various departments including Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, Customer Support, and Administration.
Support day-to-day business operations and coordinate with different teams.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare reports.
Analyze business data and provide actionable insights.
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.




Prepare presentations, MIS reports, and business documentation.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Participate in meetings and maintain accurate records of discussions and action items.
Identify process improvement prospects and recommend solutions.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them within deadlines.
Learn company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
