To manage end-to-end city operations for Employee Transport Business in Mumbai, ensuring robust financial performance, high customer satisfaction, productive operations, technology adoption, and people development in line with Mahindra Logistics standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage city-level B2B operations, revenue, and margins for employee transport services.

Ensure smooth daily operations, adherence to SLAs, and control of trip delays and deviations.

Lead strategic initiatives, including deployment and operations of EV fleet.

Drive customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and issue resolution.

Ensure adoption of technology-enabled processes, including e-billing and operational systems.

Manage and develop operations teams and vendors, with focus on safety, compliance, and diversity.





Coordinate with internal stakeholders for finance, technology, HR, and compliance requirements.

Skills Experience

Experience in city or regional operations within employee transport, logistics, or mobility services.

Robust customer handling and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to lead teams and manage multiple vendors.

Comfort with technology-driven operations and digital processes.
