The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations, business growth, and performance of branches or teams within an assigned area. The role involves achieving business targets, managing staffs, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage the performance of branches/units within the assigned area.
Achieve business and revenue targets set by the company.
Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate team members.
Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit periodic reports on business performance and operations.
Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly.
Coordinate with senior management regarding business plans and organizational goals.




Ensure adherence to all company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical business practices.
Identify recent business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree, or a related field.

Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple teams and meet performance targets.

Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales, or branch management is preferred.

Pay: ₹16,030.40 - ₹51,468.80 per month
