Job Description:
Make Outbound calls to potential customers.
Handle Customer Inquiries professionally.
Generate Leads and Build Robust Relationships.
Followup on leads and make accurate records.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirement:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling or a similar role.
Excellent Communication Skills in English and Hindi.
Basic Knowledge of MS Office and CRM (prefferred).
Robust Interpersonal and Convincing Skills.
Positive Attitude and Willingness to learn.
