Roles and Responsibility
Prepare high-quality bakery and confectionary items while ensuring quality, hygiene, and consistency.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Collaborate with other chefs to create new recipes and menus.
Ensure all food is prepared and presented safely and efficiently.
Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.
Develop and implement current cooking techniques and methods.
Job Requirements
Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bakery and Confectionery Chef (Commis-I, Bakery All-Rounder).
Possess strong knowledge of baking and confectionary preparation.
Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
Exhibit solid attention to detail and commitment to quality.
