Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Primary Homeroom Teacher (CBSE) in their academic, social, and emotional development. The Homeroom Teacher will serve as the primary point of contact for students, creating a protected, structured, and stimulating classroom environment. This role involves delivering core subjects, monitoring overall student progress, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary teacher for the assigned class, overseeing academic and social-emotional development.
Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons across multiple subjects according to the CBSE curriculum.
Maintain a structured and positive classroom environment that encourages participation, creativity, and critical thinking.
Assess, monitor, and document student progress in academic, social, and behavioral areas, providing constructive feedback.
Identify individual learning needs and implement strategies to support students’ growth.




Foster a culture of respect, empathy, collaboration, and responsibility in the classroom.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress, achievements, and areas for development.
Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, school initiatives, and interdisciplinary projects.
Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, staff meetings, and career development programs.
Ensure classroom management, safety, and compliance with school policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field.
Teaching certification (B.Ed., D.Ed., or equivalent) is required.

Experience:
Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience as a homeroom or primary teacher.
Freshers can be considered if they have solid potential.
