Job Summary

The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager ensures a positive work setting and aligns HR strategies with the organization's business objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, interview, and hire qualified candidates.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Employee Relations
Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Performance Management
Manage performance appraisal processes.
Support managers in setting goals and evaluating employee performance.
Develop performance improvement plans where necessary.

Training & Development




Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
Organize leadership and skill development initiatives.
Monitor employee development and career progression.

Compensation & Advantages
Administer payroll inputs, employee perks, and incentives.
Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend compensation adjustments.

HR Policies & Compliance
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.

HR Operations
