Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, interview, and hire qualified candidates.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Employee Relations
Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Performance Management
Manage performance appraisal processes.
Support managers in setting goals and evaluating employee performance.
Develop performance improvement plans where necessary.
Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
Organize leadership and skill development initiatives.
Monitor employee development and career progression.
Compensation & Advantages
Administer payroll inputs, employee perks, and incentives.
Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend compensation adjustments.
Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
HR Policies & Compliance
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
HR Operations
Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee records.
Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics.
Support organizational restructuring and change management initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
