Revenue Generation
Drive revenue growth across OPD, IPD, Procedures, Diagnostics,



Laboratory, Pharmacy, and Surgical Revenue and ancillary services.
Develop specialty-wise business plans to maximize patient acquisition and revenue.
Improve referral conversion, patient conversion, and specialty utilization.
Monitor revenue performance and implement strategies to achieve business targets.

Consultant & Specialty Development
Support consultant acquisition and specialty expansion aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with consultants to improve OPD, IPD, procedure, and specialty revenues.
Monitor specialty performance and recommend growth initiatives based on business analytics.

Market Development & Branding
Strengthen the hospitals market position through branding and competitive differentiation.
Lead ATL, BTL, TTL, digital marketing, branding campaigns, and public awareness initiatives.
