Position: University Guidance Counselor
Location: One World International School, Whitefield

Key Responsibilities
Guide students in planning their higher education and career pathways based on their interests, strengths, and aspirations.
Provide end-to-end support for university applications to institutions in India and abroad, including application planning, essays, recommendations, documentation, and interview preparation.
Conduct individual and group counselling sessions for students and parents on university admissions, scholarships, and career prospects.
Organize university fairs, college visits, webinars, and interactions with university representatives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global university admission requirements, entrance examinations, scholarships, and education trends.
Track application timelines, maintain student records, and ensure timely submission of all application materials.




Collaborate with school leadership, teachers, and parents to support students' academic and career goals.
Build and maintain relationships with universities and external educational organizations.

Qualifications & Experience
Master's/Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in university and career counselling, preferably in an IB/IGCSE/international school.
Robust knowledge of university admission processes in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, India, and other major study destinations.
Excellent counselling, communication, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with university application platforms and student guidance tools is preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
