to join our team.

This is a true
entry-level position
with an intense focus on growth. You do not need prior experience with specific cloud applications—
we will provide comprehensive, end-to-end training
. Unlike typical entry-level roles where you only handle small pieces of a puzzle,
once your initial training phase is complete, you will be given full ownership of individual client projects and complete bookkeeping accounts.

This role is primarily
Work from Home (WFH)

must be able to attend our office for your initial training/onboarding phase and for periodic team meetings as required.
Over time, this position is expected to transition into a full time, office-based role.

Key Responsibilities & Duties1. Zoho Financial Applications Implementation
Undergo thorough training to master the implementation and configuration of core cloud financial modules:
Zoho Books

Zoho Inventory
, and
Zoho Procurement

Take full ownership of assigned projects post-training, mapping client business processes and setting up their custom Zoho ecosystems from start to finish.
Lead client onboarding sessions, test system workflows, and ensure the software is fully optimized for the client’s operational needs.
Full-Cycle Outsourced Bookkeeping
Manage end-to-end bookkeeping operations for assigned client accounts using
Zoho Books
.
Handle the complete accounting cycle independently post-training, including maintaining ledg
