Role & responsibilities
Learn about plant systems.
Learn operation and maintenance of FIBC machines
Gain practical experience in preventive maintenance.
Develop knowledge of motors, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems
Gain hands-on experience in mechanical troubleshooting
Coordinate with production team to plan maintenance work
Learn safety practices, maintenance documentation, and coordination with production teams.
Learn quality standards and safety compliance.
Gain practical experience of Manpower handling and shift management.
Preferred candidate profile
Basic mechanical knowledge
Problem solving skill.
Willingness to learn and work on shop floor.
Teamwork and communication
Comfortable to work in rotational shift.
