Key Responsibilities:
Create and attach tassels to saree pallus using threads, beads, pearls, mirrors, and decorative materials.
Ensure tassels are securely fixed and evenly aligned.
Match tassel colors, designs, and materials with the saree.
Perform hand-knotting, braiding, and decorative finishing techniques.
Inspect completed sarees for quality, neatness, and durability.
Repair or replace damaged tassels when required.
Maintain tools, materials, and a clean work area.
Complete assigned work within production timelines.
Qualifications:
Basic education preferred.
Experience in saree tassel work or hand embellishment is an advantage.
