Position: Business Development Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying recent opportunities, building client relationships, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-focused mindset, and the ability to develop strategies that increase revenue and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, referrals, and outbound sales activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions based on business needs.
Conduct sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and client meetings.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and meetings to drive conversions.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and business documentation.




Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to improve sales strategies and customer acquisition.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain qualified relationships.
Target-driven approach with solid problem-solving abilities.
Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
