Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify and generate recent business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and digital channels.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, doctors, corporate organizations, and business partners.
Promote the hospital's healthcare services and packages to individuals and organizations.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, health camps, and promotional events.
Prepare sales reports, maintain customer records, and track lead conversions.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.

Eligibility




Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in sales and marketing (healthcare or hospital experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build relationships and generate current business.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Willingness to travel locally for business development activities.
