Role Description:

This is a role at an early-stage startup based in Bengaluru. You will work closely with the founder to run performance marketing and grow Suprpal. You'll own paid acquisition, social media, and influencer campaigns end to end, acting as an all-round marketer who can both strategize and execute. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building brands from the ground up, learning rapid, and taking full ownership in a startup environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Plan, run, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Facebook/Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
Manage day-to-day social media across all platforms, including content planning and posting.
Design and execute influencer marketing campaigns, from outreach to negotiation to tracking results.
Own the full marketing function for Suprpal
Track key metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversions) and continuously improve campaign performance.




Work closely with the founder to translate business goals into marketing strategy and execution.
Manage marketing budgets efficiently and report on spend and outcomes.
Coordinate creatives, copy, and design inputs to keep campaigns consistent and high quality.
Stay on top of platform trends, recent ad formats, and growth tactics.

Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in performance/digital marketing.
Hands-on experience running Facebook/Meta Ads and TikTok Ads with measurable results.
Experience managing social media and influencer campaigns for an app.
Experience in SaaS marketing is a PLUS
Understanding of marketing analytics and key growth metrics.
Ability to work independently and take ownership across multiple apps at once.
Strong problem-solving mindset, creativity, and a genuine willingness to learn.
